 Casual Tuition: Lessons are ‘one to one’ and last for 30 mins for first 2-3 lessons then move up to 45 mins or 1 hr if you wish. Each lesson is designed to suit each pupil and prepared to allow you enough to time to practice in the lesson. Help is given to get the very best from limited practice time at home.
I use two exam boards. One for proving technique and musicianship and one for testing ability to perform set pieces. A pupil does not have to do both. The lessons are designed to ensure that the work is easily completed effectively and in time for the exam date. Lessons are booked and paid for monthly.
Workshops: These can be for a group of students wanting to share their knowledge so far, or for a band wishing to get more out of their rehearsals. Ideal for learning about equipment, establishing band members, choosing material.
All pupils are encouraged to learn essential skills with professional techniques and should be willing & able to dedicate sufficient practice. |
